Ice, the residential component of York Centre consists of two residential towers of 65 and 55 storeys respectively, which along with its adjacent 31-storey office tower will face a landscaped public square and extend the PATH as it directly connects to Maple Leaf Square, which is immediately to the east across York Street. The complex at the south-west corner of York and Bremner contains a total of 1,800,000 square feet and is being uniquely designed by renowned architect Peter Clewes of Architect Alliance in a distinct Scandinavian design, which will feature an iconic canopy element with an extensive green roof.
Developed by Cadillac Fairview and Lanterra Developments, and designed by Peter Clewes of architectsAlliance, with Alessandro Munge of Munge Leung heading up the interiors, the whole package glistens with crisp, clean, Scandinavian inspiration.
